1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using DropTime, you agree to these Terms of Service. DropTime is an informational release-tracking utility providing estimated and confirmed episode release times for streaming programmes.
2. Release Accuracy & Schedule Changes
Streaming platforms may change broadcast or drop schedules without advance notice. While DropTime calculates exact local times using official rules, verified distributor announcements, and trusted schedules, all times and streaming platform availabilities are provided for personal planning on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranty of uninterrupted precision.
3. Acceptable Use & API Etiquette
You agree not to abuse, disrupt, or submit automated high-volume requests to DropTime endpoints, including alert subscriptions, search, and title submission tools. Rate limits and bot mitigation are enforced to protect upstream providers and system availability.
4. Intellectual Property & Attribution
Programme titles, episode names, and promotional cover imagery remain the intellectual property of their respective broadcasters, production companies, and rights holders. Series metadata is sourced via TVmaze under Creative Commons BY-SA 4.0. DropTime's release calculation engine, brand identity, and interface code are proprietary.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, DropTime and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from schedule changes, delivery delays, or reliance on release notifications.
