1. Overview & Commitment

Streaming Show Schedule is an Australian streaming release utility designed around privacy-by-default. We do not require accounts, logins, or social tracking to search release times, use the interactive countdowns, or build a watchlist on your device.

2. Information We Collect

• Email Alerts: When you voluntarily register for episode release notifications, we collect your email address, selected show/episode, notification timing, and preferred timezone. We send a double opt-in confirmation email to verify control of the inbox.
• Device Storage (Local): Your watchlist and preferred timezone are stored locally on your device via browser local storage. A small preference cookie may also carry your selected territory, timezone, and city so server-rendered navigation can remain consistent across pages. This data is not uploaded as a personal profile. When analytics is enabled, a tagged campaign link may also retain its source, medium and campaign labels in session storage for up to 30 minutes, so we can count related actions after navigation. These labels contain no visitor identifier; Do Not Track and the analytics opt-out disable this capture.
• Corrections: If you submit a schedule correction, we store the selected show or episode, territory, correction details, and an optional HTTPS source URL so an editor can investigate it. A one-way hash of the request IP may be retained for abuse prevention; we do not store the raw IP in the correction record.
• Aggregate Metrics: Sponsor outbound link clicks are recorded as privacy-preserving daily aggregate counters without tracking cookies, cross-site beacons, or digital fingerprinting.
• Self-Hosted Audience Analytics: When enabled in production, we use a first-party, self-hosted analytics service to measure aggregate pageviews, sessions, estimated unique visitors, referring sources, landing pages, coarse visitor country, and device category. We also record a small allowlisted set of product events such as show views, watchlist actions, alert lifecycle steps, calendar actions, territory preference changes, provider-filter use, and no-result searches. No-result search text is limited to title-like queries; values that resemble email addresses, links, phone numbers, or credentials are discarded before storage. This filter is best-effort, so please use show titles rather than personal information in search. Product events do not store raw IP addresses or precise location, and no event is used to build a cross-site profile.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work only with necessary infrastructure processors to deliver the service:

• Resend: Used solely to send transactional verification emails and scheduled episode release reminders. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with advertisers.
• Self-Hosted Infrastructure: Our database and background worker containers operate in isolated environments with restricted access.
• Analytics: The analytics service is hosted with the application and is not Google Analytics or an advertising network. It is configured without analytics cookies, fingerprinting, cross-site profiles, or sale of personal data. Do Not Track is honoured, and analytics can be disabled with the site opt-out preference.

4. Retention, Unsubscribe & Deletion

Notification emails include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops future reminders that have not already been handed to the email provider; a message already accepted for delivery may still arrive. We retain confirmation requests and notification history to operate the alert service. We do not publish a fixed deletion period for alert history. To ask us to delete your email address and alert history, contact [email protected]. We will review and respond to the request.

We retain aggregate visitor analytics for reporting, with no fixed deletion period. Product-event rows older than 90 days are deleted as part of normal event collection. Sponsor impression and click figures are stored as daily aggregates, without a user-level activity history. Application product events do not accept email addresses, alert tokens, or raw IP addresses.

This implementation does not show an analytics-cookie consent banner because the enabled tracker is cookieless and first-party; this is not a statement that consent is unnecessary in every jurisdiction. We will review the configuration and notice against the Australian, UK, and Canadian requirements before any wider launch or advertising activity.
