1. Overview & Commitment

Streaming Show Schedule is an Australian streaming release utility designed around privacy-by-default. We do not require accounts, logins, or social tracking to search release times, use the interactive countdowns, or build a watchlist on your device.

2. Information We Collect

• Email Alerts: When you voluntarily register for episode release notifications, we collect your email address, selected show/episode, notification timing, and preferred timezone. We send a double opt-in confirmation email to verify control of the inbox.
• Device Storage (Local): Your watchlist and preferred timezone are stored locally on your device via browser local storage. A small preference cookie may also carry your selected territory, timezone, and city so server-rendered navigation can remain consistent across pages. This data is not uploaded as a personal profile.
• Corrections: If you submit a schedule correction, we store the selected show or episode, territory, correction details, and an optional HTTPS source URL so an editor can investigate it. A one-way hash of the request IP may be retained for abuse prevention; we do not store the raw IP in the correction record.
• Aggregate Metrics: Sponsor outbound link clicks are recorded as privacy-preserving daily aggregate counters without tracking cookies, cross-site beacons, or digital fingerprinting.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We work only with necessary infrastructure processors to deliver the service:

• Resend: Used solely to send transactional verification emails and scheduled episode release reminders. We do not sell, rent, or share email addresses with advertisers.
• Self-Hosted Infrastructure: Our database and background worker containers operate in isolated environments with restricted access.

4. Retention, Unsubscribe & Deletion

Every notification email contains a direct unsubscribe link. Unsubscribe prevents future unsent reminders from being delivered; an email already accepted by the delivery provider may still arrive. Confirmation requests and notification history are stored so opt-in, delivery, and unsubscribe actions can be honored. To request full erasure of your email address and notification history from our database, email us at [email protected].
